your training experience

Fresh Sounds. Gradual Challenge. Real Progress.

While you train, you’ll also TRAVEL WITH YOUR EARS — to remarkable places and surprising moments.

We gradually increase the difficulty, so things stay interesting and your sense of hearing gets stronger along the way.

To keep things fresh, you’ll train with different themes like CULTURE, SPORTS, PEOPLE, and NATURE.

Your brain will love the variety — and boredom won’t stand a chance.

what do the exercises train?

TRUE LISTENING Trains Your Sense of Hearing and Cognitive Function.

MEMORY ACTIVATION and FOCUS are integrated throughout the program — because hearing well is also a cognitive task.

This includes directional hearing, sound localization, pitch recognition, speech comprehension, and sound discrimination.

We use BINAURAL TRAINING in two ways: diotic (same sound in both ears) and dichotic (different sounds in each ear). These methods activate different focus areas in your brain and support healthy, precise listening. You’ll train four key areas:

  • FOCUS – especially in noisy environments
  • SPACIAL HEARING – recognizing direction and distance
  • SPEECH & PITCH – understanding words and tone
  • MEMORY & SOUND DISCRIMINATION – making sense of complex soundscapes
