These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all contracts concluded via this website or the TRUE LISTENING mobile application regarding the purchase and use of the digital auditory training TRUE LISTENING. Conflicting or deviating terms of users shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.
TRUE LISTENING provides a structured digital auditory training program that is delivered exclusively through the TRUE LISTENING mobile application (“App”). The training requires installation and use of the App on a compatible mobile device. No physical products are sold or shipped. Use of the Service requires a compatible smartphone or mobile device and internet access. Availability and functionality may depend on the operating system and device used. The training is designed to support listening and auditory awareness. It does not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or healthcare services.
The presentation of the training on this website or within the App constitutes a non-binding invitation to purchase. By completing the checkout process and confirming payment, the user submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded once payment has been successfully processed and access to the training has been granted.
Access to the Service may require the creation of a personal user account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared or resold.

If a subscription is selected, billing occurs automatically according to the chosen billing cycle, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date, cancellation prevents future billing, and access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Information regarding the statutory right of withdrawal is provided separately in the Withdrawal Information (Widerrufsbelehrung). When purchasing digital content, users may be required to expressly consent thatperformance of the Service begins immediately and acknowledge that their right of withdrawal may expire once access to the training has started, in accordance with EU and German law.
All training materials, audio content, texts, exercises, designs, and software elements remain the intellectual property of Circle of Values Communication GmbH. Any reproduction, distribution, or public sharing without prior written permission is prohibited.
TRUE LISTENING is an educational training program intended to support listening skills. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment. Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding hearing-related concerns.
We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or technical circumstances may temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or improve content and functionality where reasonable.
The Provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, taking into account applicable European Union consumer protection regulations. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the user’s country of residence remain unaffected.

Access to the Service is provided solely through the TRUE LISTENING mobile application. If the App is downloaded or purchased through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), the respective platform may apply additional usage rules. The purchase contract for the digital training is concluded exclusively between the user and Circle of Values Communication GmbH. Third-party platforms act only as distributors of the App and are not responsible for the content, functionality, or operation of the Service.
